i modified lime theme while redesigning the appearance tab page and it was working fine back then. but when i pushed it with the release, it broke somehow, maybe it's used by a release build, am yet fix it.
an important lesson learnt was to not assume "it works as it worked just fine the last time i tested it". test it one last time before pushing it out into the world, test it on release builds as sometimes dev builds can have some conditions implicitly met.
this doesn't just apply to programming, but anything in life, assumptions when fail can have consequences. you went to a business meeting thinking "the presentation is on my system", and when it was your turn, you found it wasn't there, maybe you deleted it, or maybe the cat did but there you are standing without anything to show, excuses don't help and "i thought it was here" is the worst execuse.
