speaking is an art and i learnt a new thing about this art i.e. you don't speak things in highs but instead start at a high note and let it out. the high and low here is not pitch, but the flow of words from your mouth, it's high when you are at the beginning of the thought you are putting into words, and it's low when you are reaching towards the end of your dialog about a thought.
i noticed that i would start with some thought, ofcourse at a high and then while speaking about it, keep thinking and take it higher, so more deeper into the thought and i noticed that i would be stuck there for some moments trying to come up with language constructs to present the new information that i came across.
instead speaking in a chain of thoughts complementing each other is much better as then you don't hold a dialog related to one thought on a high note, higher than it started and chances of getting stuck are far less. of-course it's not universal, things which you feel deeply about, you would take them on higher and higher notes and wouldn't get stuck so it's good as a general rule of thumb.
